You will thrive here if you are a "fixer" who wants to understand how machines work and takes pride in high-quality, "zero-defect" results. Your Day-to-Day: Machine Operation: Perform routine set-ups, changeovers, and monitor machine performance to ensure products meet exact specifications. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot malfunctions to find root causes rather than "band-aid" fixes. Data Integrity: Accurately record operating data and downtime using computer applications (MFG Pro). Collaboration: Work with your team to improve safety, quality, and 5S standards. Qualifications What You Bring: Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical curiosity and the ability to measure close tolerances. Reliability: A track record of dependability and a "Safety-First" mindset. Agility: Ability to lift 50 lbs and flexibility to work overtime or shift priorities as needed.
