REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum [2–5] years of finishing carpentry experience
• knows how to use big machines for cutting, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations

• Install doors, windows, baseboards, crown molding, and trim
• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate clearly with clients and supervisors
