Description

Job Title: Finishing Foreman
The Finishing Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing works on-site to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. This includes overseeing activities such as plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, ceiling works, flooring, and other final touches to deliver the project to the highest standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing works such as plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, ceilings, and flooring.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of safety and quality standards.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Finishing Foreman: 5 years (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily finishing works in coordination with the project schedule.
  • Supervise finishing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed efficiently.
  • Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and other trades to avoid delays or rework.
  • Ensure finishing works are completed within allocated timeframes and budgets.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at the worksite.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the project/site manager.
  • Identify and solve site-related problems promptly.
  • Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
