POSITION: FINISHING & FULFILLMENT TEAM LEAD

Level 10 is seeking a Finishing & Fulfillment Team Lead to play a vital role in our Operations department. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to be a hands-on leader, ensuring every order is finished and fulfilled to perfection. You will be responsible for setting the pace, upholding our standards of quality, and being the go-to expert for your team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This role requires a unique blend of leadership, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye for detail. You will be a working lead, meaning you’ll contribute to the day-to-day work while also directing the team’s efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Order Management & Prioritization: Take ownership of organizing and prioritizing orders to ensure they are processed efficiently and meet all deadlines. You will manage the flow of work to keep the team on track.
• Quality & Accuracy: You are the final authority on product quality. You will meticulously inspect finished goods and fulfilled orders to guarantee they meet our customer’s exact specifications and quality expectations.
• Hands-On Fulfillment: You’ll be actively involved in the fulfillment process, including accurately picking and packaging finished items, generating shipping labels, and managing carrier coordination to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Inventory & Organization: Maintain accurate inventory levels of all finishing materials and consumables. You will also be responsible for ensuring your workspace remains clean and organized, setting a strong example for your team.
• Finishing Support: You will provide hands-on support for all finishing tasks, including catching products from the dryers, inspecting, reconciling, and cleaning decorated products, and performing all required tasks with efficiency and precision.
