We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finishing Grade Skid Steer/Mini Hoe/Loader Operator to join our dynamic team at our Foster Creek site on an 8/6 shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery, with a specific focus on finishing grade work. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in tight spaces.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience operating skid steers, mini hoes, and loaders, particularly in finishing grade work.
• Ability to work in tight spaces with precision.
• Strong understanding of grading and leveling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license (no restrictions) and relevant certifications.
• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test and Physical abilities assessment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
