JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Inspector to join our consultancy team for villa projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural finishing works, quality inspections, and site supervision, with proven experience in consultancy firms within the UAE.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of total experience in the UAE, with at least 5 years in consultancy supervision of villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Eye for detail and strong quality control mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools.
• Experience in high-end villa finishing projects.

• Inspect, monitor, and ensure that all finishing works (interior and exterior) are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
• Review and verify materials, workmanship, and finishing details in compliance with project requirements and client expectations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve finishing-related issues and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and submit daily inspection reports, snag lists, and follow-up on rectifications.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
• Assist the project team in handing over villa projects by ensuring quality and completion of all finishing works.
