Description

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Operative (Stitch/Guillotine) to join our production team. You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining print finishing equipment - including stitchers, guillotines, and folding machines, to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of printed materials. Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (with one hour for lunch). There may be the opportunity to work overtime, therefore flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

You’ll be hands-on with finishing equipment to ensure printed jobs are completed to a high standard. From setting up machines to keeping jobs on schedule, you’ll play a vital role in the final production process, where quality, speed, and precision matter.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Operating stitchers, guillotines, and folding machines
  • Setting up and adjusting machines to meet job specs
  • Monitoring quality throughout the finishing process
  • Performing basic maintenance and resolving minor issues
  • Working to production deadlines while maintaining safety standards
