In this role, you’ll: * Set up and operate finishing machines to meet production goals * Complete start-up checklists and follow job specs * Inspect labels using a video monitor for quality and accuracy * Flag and track defective labels * Record label counts and complete simple production paperwork * Keep your area clean and perform basic maintenance * Communicate with the next shift about job or machine updates What You’ll Bring * High School Diploma or GED * 1–3 years of machine operation experience (printing or manufacturing preferred) * Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail * Basic math and ruler-reading ability * Team-player attitude — willing to jump in and help wherever needed * Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet Join Us!
