Finishing Operator (Day or Night Shifts), (4x10s) Onsite • Livingston, MT • Day/Night Shift 4x10s • $21.50/hr + $2.00/hr night shift differential Keep our print jobs looking sharp - run finishing equipment and help deliver high-quality print jobs. About the role: Operate and maintain print-finishing equipment in a clean, climate-controlled facility. You'll turn print jobs into high-quality finished products - safely, efficiently, and on time. What you'll do: Monitor electronic dashboards to prioritize jobs Review job tickets; thoroughly verify specs to ensure quality finished products Set up and run finishing equipment (folder, cutter) Practice diligent and thorough completion of tasks for optimal results Keep work areas clean, complete end-of-shift cleanup Cross-train and assist other departments as needed What you bring: High-volume production mindset with strong accuracy and process discipline Able to prioritize in a changing environment and meet throughput goals Quick learner, practical problem-solver, able to work independently Team-oriented, clear communicator, responsive to direct feedback Basic math skills for measurements and counts Essential functions: The technical proficiency to use electronic dashboard to prioritize work for efficient workflow and on-time shipments Read and interpret job tickets with strong attention to detail to achieve low spoilage Safely operate and maintain finishing equipment including industrial cutter and folder as well as pallet jacks Stand/walk for 10 hours; frequently lift/carry 20-60 lbs; perform grasping, reaching, pushing/pulling, twisting, bending, and stooping Follow safety protocols at all times; remain continuously aware of the work environment Schedule & pay: Schedule: 10-hour shifts, four days/week, day shift 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. night shift 2 p.m-12 a.m Meal break: Standard 20-minute break paid or up-to 60 minutes unpaid with appropriate adjustment to hours Compensation:$21.50/hr + $2.00/hr night shift differential Benefits: Affordable health benefit package 401(k) Employer-paid long-term disability and life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Nine paid holidays Other requirements: All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
