This is an afternoon shift role: Monday to Friday – 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm. What will you do? Perform tasks within the team's responsibilities based on skill level, assisting and learning where allocated. Support continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, recommending process enhancements, and training others as needed. Maintain correct process conditions to ensure efficient performance and achieve productivity targets. About you Proficient in Numeracy and Literacy Good communication skills Ability to work alone and in a team environment Basic understanding of computer control equipment Experience of Manufacturing and/or Warehousing Operations (Desirable) Experience with Fork Hoist (Desirable) Why join us?
