This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience and grow into advanced machine operation roles. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Support production operations by assisting with finishing processes • Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment • Load materials and keep production equipment running efficiently • Inspect product to ensure quality and accuracy • Assist machine operators during setup and changeovers • Follow job tickets, instructions, and safety procedures • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area ________________________________________ Skills & Qualifications • Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred (not required) • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment • Basic math and measurement skills • Strong work ethic and reliability • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow ________________________________________ Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift • Ability to work on a production floor for extended periods ________________________________________ Schedule • 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) • Rotating schedule averaging 7 working days out of every 14-day period • Overtime may be required based on production volume, business needs, or vacation coverage • Shift differential pay available ________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits • Weekly pay • Paid time off and holidays • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Life insurance and disability coverage • Opportunities for training and advancement ________________________________________ Equal Opportunity Employer Freeport Press is an equal opportunity employer.
