Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for a Finnish Customer Consultant to join our team in a remote role based in Greece, including paid relocation! In this position, you will assist our Finnish-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing them with excellent support and service. If you are dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to welcome you! Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues. Resolve concerns and provide solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement. Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience. Remain knowledgeable about products and services to offer informed and relevant assistance. Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is preferred. Experience in customer service, especially in a remote environment, is a plus. Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Problem-solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot customer issues. Familiarity with CRM software or customer support platforms is an advantage. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. A passion for providing high-quality customer support and helping others.
