Key Responsibilities Offer comprehensive IT support to Finnish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide clear and concise instructions to customers, guiding them through troubleshooting processes. Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively. Stay well-informed about our product offerings, updates, and industry trends to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken); English proficiency is highly beneficial. Experience in IT support or customer service, ideally within a technical environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and service quality. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic IT support tools. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team. Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new cultural experience.
