What You’ll Be Doing As a Night Shift Specialist, you will handle a variety of tasks with a focus on first-contact resolution: Multichannel Support: Handle live chat and email inquiries in your native language (Finnish or Norwegian) and English. Account Management: Assist with player verification (KYC), document processing, and payment queries. Player Safety: Identify and escalate Responsible Gaming situations and suspicious behavior. Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate account issues and provide structured solutions. Growth: Escalate complex cases to specialized departments (Fraud, VIP, or Payments). Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Finnish, plus professional fluency in English. Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience in customer support (Chat/Email based). Night Owl DNA: You genuinely prefer working night shifts and can maintain high focus during evening hours. Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in iGaming is a significant advantage. Soft Skills: A calm, structured communication style and the ability to work independently.
