Responsibilities Provide top-tier customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy. Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system to ensure continuity. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance. Engage in ongoing training sessions to develop your skills and product knowledge. Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A proactive and customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools is an advantage. Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
