In this role, you will provide top-tier assistance to Finnish-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally while enjoying a rewarding career in Bulgaria. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries regarding products, services, and billing with accuracy and empathy. Resolve customer complaints swiftly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information. Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable using CRM software and standard office applications.
