In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Finnish-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to our products and services in a vibrant and multicultural environment. Responsibilities Provide support to Finnish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, product information, and service-related questions. Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of clients. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and promote a culture of service excellence. Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers. Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or service industry. Strong communication skills and a dedicated customer-focused approach. Ability to handle challenges and offer effective solutions to customer issues. Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria, with relocation expenses covered by the company.
