Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support with professionalism and efficiency. Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure excellent satisfaction levels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools. Highly organized with attention to detail. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation expenses fully covered.
