Efficiently handle customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing relevant solutions. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively. Document customer interactions and ensure accurate feedback is recorded in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and share best practices. Participate in training programs to continually improve your skills and service quality. Offer suggestions for process improvements to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written; English proficiency is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms.
