Responsibilities Offer excellent customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to provide effective assistance. Document customer interactions accurately within the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service practices and share insights for improvement. Engage in regular training and development sessions to refine your skills. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer interactions and operational efficiency. Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required. Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus. A positive attitude, adaptability, and a desire to immerse in a new cultural experience in Greece.
