As a Finnish-speaking representative, you will assist clients in navigating their cloud service inquiries, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding cloud services, products, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in Finnish. Provide detailed information on service features, pricing, and technical specifications. Assist customers with account-related inquiries, subscription management, and technical support. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues and improve customer experience. Stay informed about the latest trends in cloud technology to provide informed support to clients. Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or cloud services sector. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer advocacy and satisfaction. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic technical knowledge of cloud services. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece, with flexibility in working hours as needed.
