Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing solutions regarding electronic products. Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings to ensure accurate and helpful support. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with team members to identify trends and improve customer service strategies. Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Offer suggestions for improving processes and overall customer satisfaction. Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
