ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a member of our Customer Support team, you’ll be the voice of Teamtailor, helping users and making sure they have a great experience every time they reach out. We’re proud of our fast response times (average 2 minutes) and a 98% customer satisfaction score.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Provide friendly, fast support via live chat (Intercom), email, and occasionally by phone
Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate closely with our tech team to solve complex cases
Gather and share customer feedback with our product team
Identify, verify, and report bugs - and keep customers in the loop
Create helpful self-service content (FAQs, guides, etc.)
Build strong relationships by being proactive and genuinely helpful
