Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Finnish Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about health and fitness technology and are fluent in Finnish. As a specialist, you will provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking customers, helping them make the most out of their Fitbit devices and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service in Finnish via phone, email, and chat regarding Fitbit products. Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, syncing, and understanding product features. Provide clear guidance and advice on Fitbit app use, health tracking, and fitness goals. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams for escalation and complex problem resolution. Stay updated on Fitbit product developments and health tech trends to offer knowledgeable support. Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial. Experience in customer support, preferably in technology or health-related products. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide customers through technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools. Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage time effectively in an office environment in Sofia. Passion for health, fitness, and technology, with a commitment to quality service.
