We are looking for a Finnish Speaking Hybrid Responsible Gaming (RG) Analyst who genuinely cares about player safety and responsible play. As an RG Analyst, you will support the development, maintenance, and daily operations of Responsible Gaming, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and on time. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) in a 24/7 operational environment, with a hybrid working model based in Sliema, Malta. About the Role This position sits within a regulated iGaming environment operating across multiple European markets. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will: Monitor and analyse player activity to identify Responsible Gaming risks Communicate with players via phone, email, and live chat to suggest appropriate RG tools (such as limits or cool-off periods) Conduct in-depth account reviews based on system alerts and reports Identify players who may require ongoing monitoring or intervention Escalate complex cases with clear recommendations to senior stakeholders Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and actions taken Promote Responsible Gaming awareness internally, especially within operational teams Suggest improvements to Responsible Gaming processes and procedures Support ad hoc tasks and projects as needed by management You will report directly to the Head of Responsible Gaming.
