What You’ll Be Doing Utilize your Finnish language skills to engage with and support candidates throughout their recruitment journey. Sourcing candidates through creative channels to help us build a diverse talent pool. Reviewing resumes and applications, spotting the shining stars ready to shine in their next role. Coordinating interviews with ease, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers. Providing outstanding candidate care, keeping applicants informed, engaged, and excited throughout the process. Collaborating with our enthusiastic recruitment team to develop innovative strategies for attracting top talent! Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential; English skills are a bonus. No previous experience needed; we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn! Exceptional communication skills with a warm and engaging personality. A positive mindset and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with flair.
