Your Role As a Finnish Speaking Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels. Your language skills and commitment to customer satisfaction will help strengthen relationships with our Finnish clients and enhance their overall experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries in Finnish via phone, email, and chat efficiently and courteously. Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate complex cases when necessary. Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate support. Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and enhance satisfaction. Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer support or related roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
