Responsibilities Offer outstanding technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company’s products and services promptly. Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges. Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the CRM system. Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and improve customer support skills. Provide feedback to improve processes and contribute to higher customer satisfaction. Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as needed. Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and customer service abilities. Prior experience in technical support, customer service, or IT is an advantage but not required. Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly. A team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others. Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
