Responsibilities Deliver exceptional technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve technical issues accurately and promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with the company’s products and services to provide precise and relevant assistance. Document customer interactions and track technical issues efficiently in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with team members to refine service delivery and overall customer experience. Participate in training sessions to expand your knowledge of products and stay informed on updates. Provide feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions to improve processes. Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
