Responsibilities Establish and manage relationships with a portfolio of Finnish-speaking clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent service. Conduct market research to identify new sales prospects and opportunities for expansion. Deliver tailored presentations and pitches to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet both client satisfaction and company objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to assist clients effectively. Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall business targets and share insights. Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training sessions. Fluency in Finnish and English, both orally and in writing; Proven sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment; At least 1 year of Sales experience Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client relationship building. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a proactive attitude. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analysis tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse in the local culture.
