The group includes associates and consultants spanning all major professions within the finance & legal domain, including Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Cost Accountants, MBAs, CFAs and Lawyers. Job Descriptions: · Performs full cycle accounting and month end closing activities (intercompany transactions, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, fixed asset register, multi-currency accounting consolidations). · Review invoices and expense reports · Perform bank and credit card reconciliations · Preparation of Monthly MIS- Standalone and consolidated financials. · Coordination at the time of yearly audit. · Preparation of data for ITR- India and USA, form 1099, FBAR etc. Desired Candidate Profile: · Experience of Quick books or willingness to learn the same. · Experience of US accounting. · Basic knowledge of Form 1099, form 1120, State & Use tax etc. · Bachelor degree in accounting finance/CA drop out. · Working knowledge of MS excel. · Good spoken & written English.

Responsibilities

The candidate will perform full-cycle accounting, month-end closing activities, and bank reconciliations. They are also responsible for preparing monthly MIS reports and coordinating yearly audits.
