JOB OVERVIEW:
The Technology Partnership team within Business Strategy & Innovation (BSI) is a high-impact, high-visibility group who plays a critical role for LPL clients. Our team is responsible for Identifying, incubating, growing, and managing technology relationships with our partners. The fintech ecosystem empowers LPL clients to collaborate, innovate, and grow; and Technology Partnerships helps with strategic adoption of these tools. The Senior Partnership Analyst, will operationalize the ecosystem of partnerships by helping to ensure alignment with strategic, product, and economic priorities for the firm.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or other related applicable areas
- 3+ years of experience within the financial sector, preferably working alongside advisors with financial advisor technology, custodian, broker-dealer or FinTech firms/Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology in some capacity
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the full life cycle of the technology partnerships – discovery, engagement internally across the firm and externally with clients and partners, navigating and driving the onboarding process
- Research key technology market trends and company landscapes (i.e., financial technology, artificial Intelligence, advisor technology, etc.) to assist our technology and business leaders on long-term strategic planning
- Systematic and broad engagement towards discovery with the fintech community to uncover themes, trends, solutions and providers
- Centralized and coordinated approach towards partner engagement aligned to strategic needs and emerging gaps
- Deepen partnerships by strengthening existing relationships and driving innovation to unlock monetization opportunities
- Establish and manage partnerships that drive strategic, compliance and regulatory initiatives
- Day to day support of vendor programs, key tasks and processes while maintaining compliance, as well as a positive advisor and partner experience.
- Engage with internal line of business partners to understand business needs and technology strategies across the firm
- Serve in a primary relationship and vendor management capacity to maintain healthy, thriving and compliant technology partnerships
- Prioritize partnerships activities to effectively navigate through a large pipeline of activity
- Support meetings with emerging technology companies and the venture capital community where we share the firm’s macro views on technology, provide updates on portfolio companies, and learn about new relevant companies.
