We're hiring a Fintech Recruiter at Evotym. This role is not for everyone. We're a specialist recruitment agency in Fintech, Payments, Crypto, and regulated financial services. Small team, high bar, real impact. We're growing — and we need someone who can keep up. What this actually looks like day-to-day: You source. A lot. Not 10 candidates — hundreds, until you find the right one. You move fast, think ahead, and automate what can be automated. You talk to candidates and clients in both English and Russian, and you know how to sell both sides of the equation. You get into the details. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
