Banking background
Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.

Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in

• oApplication trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
• oApplication performance tuning and optimization
• oResolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
• oProactive monitoring and incidents analysis
• oExperience in Work flow maintenance and Configuration.
• oFunctional experience in banking domain
• oWell versed with Fircosoft continuity, Trust & FSK utilities and other advanced modules.
• oGood knowledge of integration layer through IBM MQ, ADK, Tibco etc
• oUnderstanding of compliance areas of AML& local, international sanctions.
• oUNIX Shell scripting, XML scripting, XSL scripting, SQL & Oracle developer
• oWilling to work extended hours during critical incidents & schedule weekend deployments.
• oAcknowledging and acting on command center Calls(24x7)
