We are excited to offer a full-time opportunity for an experienced Project Manager–Estimator to join our Fire Alarm/Electrical division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
As a key member of the team, the Project Manager–Estimator will oversee project execution from start to finish, manage customer and supplier relationships, and provide estimating support using tools such as Accubid and Bluebeam.
This position reports directly to the Fire Alarm Division Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in project kick-off and close-out meetings
  • Review and execute contract documents as required
  • Set up project files in coordination with estimating, accounting, and project coordinators
  • Develop project schedules and manpower plans with the General Foreman
  • Coordinate mobilization of equipment, tools, and job boxes with the Foreman
  • Purchase and release quoted materials in collaboration with senior management
  • Oversee preparation of approval drawings and expedite material deliveries with vendors
  • Monitor manpower and methods to ensure efficient execution
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants
  • Identify and estimate change requests and contract variations
  • Manage and maintain strong client, supplier, and stakeholder relationships
  • Prepare timely submissions in alignment with tender documents and contract terms
  • Complete digital take-offs and Accubid data entry using Bluebeam and/or Live Count
  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based project and estimating documents
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for material pricing
  • Support management during tender closings, addendums, negotiations, and value-engineering discussions
