JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in both hand and power tools. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. The Fire Engineer will work collaboratively with other engineers and technicians to develop effective solutions for fire safety challenges.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various hand tools and power tools
  • Familiarity with CAD software for system design purposes
  • Understanding of electrical systems as they relate to fire safety applications
  • Experience reading and interpreting schematics is essential
  • Previous involvement in the design or implementation of fire protection systems is advantageous
