There is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader.
The role:
As a Team Leader you will be accountable for:
- Day to day managing and running of the engineers
- Filter jobs to identify priorities
- Assign jobs to the correct engineers, factoring in ability and location
- Engage with customers
- Attend sites with engineers and identify training needs
- Liaise with other team leaders to provide solutions
- Feedback on the team
- Assist engineers with technical issues
- Complete 1 service job per day
