As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proven leader to elevate our Fire Alarm division.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm General Manager to oversee service, inspections, and construction. This role will drive efficiency, build strong processes, and expand our market presence. Beyond managing day-to-day, we need someone eager to be the engine of growth, building the team and scaling our operations. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator who thrives on accountability and results.
What we are looking for:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10+ years of fire alarm industry experience, with demonstrated success in both service and construction (smarts and parts or as a prime).
• Proven track record managing office and field teams.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Extensive connections within the fire alarm industry; ability to generate and close new business.
• NICET Level III or IV certification strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of NFPA standards, FDNY codes, and NYC construction/service environment.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on management style.
