Location: Central New Jersey
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Fire Alarm Installation Manager to join the team and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fire alarm system installations. Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fire alarm technicians and installers.
  • Oversee all aspects of installation: scheduling, materials, budgets, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with sales and design teams to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure projects meet NFPA codes, safety standards, and company SOPs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication and quality service.
  • Track budgets, profitability, inventory, and fleet management.
