Service Engineer – Fire & Security Systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder) Location: Oxford - No London travel On Target Earnings: £58,000 – This figure represents the average potential earnings, including overtime, call-outs, travel pay and bonus payments Trinity Fire & Security Systems are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and support across our client portfolio, ensuring system integrity and compliance. You’ll carry out scheduled servicing, maintenance, and minor remedial work, ensuring all systems perform effectively and meet regulatory and company standards. Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and technical insights. Identify and carry out remedial works and small installations in line with service guidance. Maintain accurate records of service and performance. Systems You’ll Work With Fire: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, and other open protocol systems CCTV: HikVision, Avigilon, Dahua Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher What we're looking for Experience servicing and maintaining fire, security, and CCTV systems to relevant British Standards. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic electrical safety training (ECA) and sound technical understanding of building services.
