Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Fire Alarm Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in compliance with NFPA standards, state requirements, and company policies. This position is critical in ensuring life safety and compliance for our customers. Responsibilities · Supervise and coordinate fire alarm installation crews · Read and interpret blueprints, risers, schematics, and technical documents · Ensure compliance with NFPA, state, and local fire codes · Conduct site walks, inspections, and project assessments · Train and mentor technicians on installation standards and safety · Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other trades · Maintain accurate project documentation and material tracking · Troubleshoot, test, and commission fire alarm systems Qualifications · 10+ years in fire alarm installation/service · 5+ years leading or supervising FA technicians · Strong knowledge of Potter, Silent Knight, and Fire-Lite systems · Familiarity with NFPA 72 and related fire codes · Ability to read and interpret FA drawings and technical documents · Strong communication and leadership skills · Valid driver's license · NICET or Texas Fire Life Safety certification preferred · Experience with Procore is a plus
