Zero Fire Alarms Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Supervisor to oversee installation projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality fire protection systems across commercial sites. Job Description In this hands-on role, you will coordinate installation teams, manage site resources, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for key project administration, including documentation, procurement, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate fire alarm installation teams across multiple sites (8 to 10 Technicians) Ensure materials, equipment, and labour are effectively planned and available Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and site compliance Oversee health and safety requirements across all projects Complete job documentation, purchase orders, and site records accurately and on time Monitor workflow and email communications to ensure timely responses Support estimating and tendering activities, including peer review of larger bids Drive quality assurance processes across all installations Qualifications About You: You're an experienced fire alarm professional who leads by example, takes pride in delivering quality work, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.
