Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

To supervise, program, test, and commission fire alarm systems in compliance with NFPA, Civil Defense, and relevant standards. The role ensures smooth execution of projects, quality installation, and reliable system performance, while leading a team of technicians.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise installation, programming, and commissioning of fire alarm and life safety systems (addressable & conventional).
  • Perform system programming, configuration, and troubleshooting for various fire alarm control panels and devices.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and Civil Defense authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance.
  • Review project drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accuracy of execution.
  • Lead and train a team of technicians to carry out site work as per project requirements and safety standards.
  • Conduct routine testing, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.
  • Prepare technical reports, site progress updates, and documentation for project handover.
  • Ensure adherence to NFPA codes, Civil Defense regulations, and company QHSE policies.
  • Provide technical support during handover, client training, and after-sales service.
