Description

We are a family based fire protection company. We are looking for an all round CFAA fire alarm technician. Responsibilities consist of fire alarm verification, inspections, repairs, maintenance & troubleshooting of fire alarm system. Maintenance of emergency lighting and portable fire extinguishers. Ability to work well unsupervised and with team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, verify, troubleshoot, and service fire alarm systems.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inspections, verification, and deficiencies.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment, providing specific solutions and recommendations.
  • Perform system upgrades, repairs, and modifications.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining system reliability.
  • Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours service calls.
  • Assist with additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Canadian Fire Alarm Association Certified
  • Looking for Junior & Senior technicians - wage will depend on qualifications & experience
  • Strong technician skills
  • Walk, stand, bend and/or lift 50lbs
  • Tolerate heights as required
  • Fluent in English (reading, speaking & writing)
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid G drivers license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
