JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Primarily covering Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire

• Fire Alarm Servicing & Maintenance: Carry out routine servicing, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems in communal and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with BS 5839.
• Emergency Lighting Servicing: Perform inspections, testing, and repairs on emergency lighting systems in accordance with BS 5266.
• Repairs & Remedial Works: Identify and complete necessary repairs and remedial tasks following servicing or FRA reports.
• FRA-Related Works: Assist with fire risk assessment actions, including system upgrades, corrective works, and ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation.
• Reactive Maintenance: Respond to urgent breakdowns and call-outs, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Fault Finding & Diagnostics: Investigate system faults and carry out efficient, safe repairs.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication and professionalism at all times.
