  • Proficient knowledge of networking protocols, IP addressing, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Solid understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the security industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Servicing, maintenance, and repairs of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and fire detection systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly, providing effective solutions to minimise downtime and enhance system performance.
  • Collaborate with customers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines.
  • Perform system upgrades and enhancements, keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
