ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS:

Previous experience within an installation or maintenance position is essential.

Package offered: we offer a Competitive Basic salary (depending on experience) which is negotiable with overtime.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate as part of a team, covering a specific geographical area.
  • Commission both fire and security systems in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fire and security systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum client satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer escalations, providing clear communication and appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and system documentation is accurately completed after job completion.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanour at all times.
  • Assist with technical questions and concerns, both internally within the team and externally with clients.
  • Uphold high standards in team working practices, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support and adhere to company policies and best practices, especially regarding the protection of sensitive customer information and data.
  • Be responsive and adaptable to any reasonable requests from management, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the company’s goals.
  • Support from time to time the companies installation and maintenance programme of works.
