THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of fire and security systems. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a proactive attitude, and a genuine dedication to delivering outstanding service.
Salary - Negotiable, based on real-world experience and skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in fire and security systems
• Strong knowledge of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, gates, and barriers
• Electrical/electronic engineering qualifications
• FIA or BAFE certification (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude

• Service and maintain fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, gates, and barriers
• Perform routine inspections and ensure systems meet compliance standards
• Diagnose and repair faults efficiently
• Provide technical support to clients and colleagues
• Keep accurate service records and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Stay current with industry standards and technologies
• Participate in emergency on-call rota
• Travel occasionally to support clients nationwide
