Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the Fire Certification program
• Liaising person for QP consultants and other stakeholders for fire safety related matters
• Sign off the Fire Certification on all auditable buildings by SCDF as the FSM
• Manage all design and review for A&A works and new buildings in the capacity of FSM
• Provide infrastructure, fire and facilities related advice to stakeholders with regards to the field of Fire Safety Act
• Conduct fire risk assessment
• Assist in any SCDF audit and submission
• Assist in any other fire safety and physical security related work

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience in both operational facilities management and Fire Certification process
• Demonstrated experience in performing a full SCDF Fire Certification inspections
• Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager license
• Must be well versed in SCDF Fire Safety Act and Regulations
• Technical knowledge on fire protection system
