JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Passive Fire Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for detailed fire compartmentaion and passive fire surveys. Experience of invasive surveys is an advantage, and experience and accreditation to FIRAS standards. This is an exciting new area within the business and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and manage their own fire survey team. This role requires a strong understanding of surveying techniques, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in managing fire surveys and a team is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Surveying, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Surveyor /Manager or in a similar role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using surveying software and Apps.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Conduct surveys using advanced software and technology.
• Prepare detailed reports based on survey data.
